  3. 3

    How it is delivered

    Remote Setup

Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits.

  4. 4

    How long it takes

2–3 weeks from the working session, with the follow-up call four weeks after handover

Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.

What is this, in plain English?

A one-off planning service delivered remotely. You pay once; we produce a written content plan setting out which subjects to cover, in what format, how often, who inside your business owns each step, and how it will be measured. The writing itself is not included.

A content plan nobody can execute is worth nothing, so this one is built around the hours your team actually has rather than the hours it would like to have. It covers subjects, formats, a sustainable cadence, named ownership and the measures you will judge it by. One point deserves stating plainly: this is the plan, not the articles. Writing is bought as the add-on below or commissioned separately, which also keeps the plan honest, since it is not designed to sell you a word count.

The problem it solves

You know you should be publishing something. You have started three times, and each attempt stopped after two posts because nobody owned it and nobody knew what came next.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

What does it do?

Everything listed here is delivered as part of this product. Nothing on this list is aspirational.

  • A content plan covering six months
  • Between 8 and 12 subject themes, each tied to a business objective
  • A format decision against every theme: article, guide, page, video script, email or post
  • A cadence set against the hours your team says it can commit, not an aspirational one
  • A named owner for each step: writing, review, approval and publishing
  • A reusable content brief template so every piece starts from the same structure
  • A measurement section naming what to check, where it is read from and how often

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

  1. 1

    Interview

A working session with the people who hold the subject knowledge and the people who would publish.

  2. 2

    Establish capacity

How many hours a month are genuinely available, agreed in writing before any cadence is set.

  3. 3

    Build the plan

    Themes, formats, sequence and cadence.

  4. 4

    Assign ownership

Every step has a name against it, because unowned plans stop after two pieces.

  5. 5

    Set the measures

What you will look at, where it comes from, and how often you will look.

  6. 6

    Hand over and review

The document, plus a call four weeks later to see whether the cadence is actually holding.

Delivery & fulfilment

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Attendance at the working session by whoever holds the subject knowledge
  • An honest figure for the hours per month your team can commit to publishing
  • Read access to analytics and Search Console where they exist
  • Any keyword research or brand guidelines you already hold
  • A decision-maker who can sign the plan off

Who this is for

  • Businesses that have started and abandoned a blog or newsletter
  • Companies with real subject expertise internally and no plan for using it
  • Marketing teams that need an agreed plan to work to
  • Owners about to hire a writer who want a brief to hand them
  • Businesses whose news section was last updated years ago

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Writing the content. This product is the plan. Articles, pages, scripts and posts are bought as the add-on below or commissioned separately
  • Editing, proofreading or fact-checking material your team produces
  • Publishing on your behalf, and any ongoing editorial management
  • Any promise about traffic, enquiries, revenue or search position resulting from published content
  • Photography, illustration and video production, and any stock or subscription fees, which you pay the provider directly
  • Paid promotion of the content, which is paid by you to the platform directly

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Will publishing to this plan get us to page one?

No plan can promise that and we will not imply it. Search engines rank pages with systems they own and revise without public notice, results depend on what your competitors publish, and they depend most of all on whether the plan is actually executed. What this buys is a plan matched to the time your team has, with owners named and measures defined, so progress is something you check in your own analytics and Search Console rather than something a supplier asserts.

Is the writing included?

No. This is the plan only. We can quote writing separately, or you can hand the plan and its brief template to an in-house writer or a freelancer, because it is written to be usable by anyone. Keeping the two apart is deliberate.

What if our team cannot keep up the cadence?

That is why capacity is agreed in writing before the cadence is set, and why the follow-up call four weeks later exists. If the plan is not holding, we would rather cut the cadence to something real than leave you with a schedule that quietly fails.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
